The department of Endocrinology focuses on the diagnosis and management of disorders related to hormones. The department treats a full range of endocrine diseases and hormone issues like Diabetes, Obesity and eating disorders, Parathyroid disorders, Osteoporosis, Polycystic ovarian syndrome, Glycemic disorders, Pituitary & Adrenal Dysfunction, and Thyroid diseases. Our department has a well-qualified team comprising of Consultant Endocrinologist, Nutritionist and physiotherapist supported with the most advanced laboratory facility.

Dr. Niya Narayanan graduated from Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode. She pursued her MD in General Medicine and DM in Endocrinology from the nation’s premier institutes PGIMER, Chandigarh and JIPMER, Puducherry. Equipped with training and experience to treat common as well as complex hormonal disorders and diabetes, her special areas of expertise include Reproductive Endocrinology, Pediatric Endocrinology (disorders of growth and puberty, type 1 Diabetes, ambiguous genitalia .), metabolic bone diseases, difficult to treat diabetes, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal disorders.
